Scripture Text: Hebrews 8:1-13
In Hebrews 8, we discover why having Jesus as a High Priest is glorious and reassuring to God’s children! Because of God’s promises to us, Jesus gives us a superior inwardness, superior relationship, superior knowledge and superior forgiveness.
We have a High Priest who reconciles us with God
1. Jesus ministers in Heaven for us, bringing us before God’s presence (vv. 1-5).
2. Jesus ministers based on a better covenant (vv. 6-13).
