Scripture Text: Hebrews 2:10-13
This past week, we learned that those who trust in Christ can identify with Jesus, the Son of God. Not only do they simply identify with Him, but they themselves become sons and daughters of God. Jesus was made perfect through suffering, and because of that suffering, He brought people into God’s family. Through His life, death and resurrection, we can know that He is not ashamed to call us brothers and sisters.
How does Jesus’ suffering give hope?
1. He was made perfect through suffering (v. 10).
2. He brought people into God’s family (vv. 11-13).
