Jesus is victorious over sin and death! His resurrection brought fear upon many. For some that fear would lead to ultimate destruction, but for others it became great joy that would lead to eternal life. Pastor Timothy walks us through the various perceptions of the disciples, the religious rulers and the women who went to the tomb. Their loss of security would lead them to fear and then to a re-establishing of security found in Christ. We are secure in Him as He says “Do not be afraid. Be filled with great joy !”
