Pastor David using 1 Corinthians 1:18-25 shows that Paul continues his letter to the Corinthian church and exhorts them to love the Gospel of Jesus Christ over all worldly wisdom. Through the message of Jesus coming and dying on the cross for sinners seems foolish to both Jews and Greeks, it is the power of God unto salvation. God has chosen to shame the wisdom of the world by turning their wisdom upside down and send His Son to make all things right again. Turn away from worldly wisdom and worship the Lord by having faith in His “foolish” message of salvation.
