Paul shows us the prize in these verses: the fullness of Christ. And, when we gather with fellow believers, we are reminded that someday, we will finally attain to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Meaning, we will be finally made perfect. Until then; Paul has exhorted us to be disciple-making disciples, pursuing Jesus together in order to exalt God, edify the church and evangelize the world.
